A beautiful 1200 sq. ft. studio available
Rental for rehearsals, classes, workshops, events & parties!  

 The main part of the studio is 800 sq. ft. (right photo).  One walks into a 400 sq. ft. Lounge area (left and below center photo).  In addition is a room, underneath loft, for coats and belongings with a small refridgerator.  (Loft is not for use.)

Bathroom is outside studio, down the hall.  There are 40 chairs, 2 bigger chairs, 8 backjacks, and 8 pillows for sitting in addition to the Lounge area's couch, large chair, and rocking chair.
